A fantastic guide to helping you achieve your business goals!

I had the pleasure of working briefly with the author of this book more than a decade ago. Whilst he was an inspiration back then in the finance world I found his book even more compelling.

As an entrepreneur myself I would not say that the finance side of things was my expertise. This book tells a really compelling story, provide interesting references that are relatable to the reader and giving a real checklist of things to consider, ensuring that you have both the basics in place to form a strong foundation and also the mental capacity to spring forward to achieve amazing growth!

The principles outlined in this book will help to form the pillars of my business and I am very pleased to have found it. I particularly enjoyed the holistic nature of the book. Strategy and culture are both important to me and it is refreshing to see them weaved into the financial elements so effortlessly whilst keeping a compelling narrative.
